New paid subscriptions can be refunded in full within 7 days of purchase. Contact support@peptideintelligence.example from the email on your account.
Cancellation
You can cancel any time from your billing portal. Access continues through the end of the paid period; renewals are then stopped.
Annual plans
Annual plans are refundable within 7 days. After that we do not prorate mid-year refunds but you can cancel to prevent renewal.
